It is a foundry that produces Teladianium, the thing used to build ships and stations. It is a mixture of metals, plastic... and dried mud

However, since in this game shipyards produce stuff without using anything, the only station who buy Teladianium in this station's zone are Soja and Snail Farms... for some reasons.
